This edition is packed with exciting features, artist spotlights, and informative articles, all designed to inspire and inform tattoo enthusiasts.

Our featured artists range from highly acclaimed award-winners to promising up-and-comers. Daniele Valentini, a Rome-based artist, is experienced in a wide variety of styles and has even hosted tattoo conventions and workshops. Ick Abrams, a well-known artist, has worked with celebrities like Post Malone and Justin Bieber and specializes in bold and intricate neo-traditional designs.

We are also excited to introduce Inknation Studio NYC, a new tattoo studio in the heart of New York City. This studio offers a secure and private space for artists from around the world to create breathtaking black and grey, realism, and fine line tattoos.

Federico Di Gregorio is one of the most sought-after tattoo artists in the industry, known for his intricate black and grey designs and impressive celebrity following, which includes Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande. He’s also founded the GoodBye Tattoo Tour, allowing people to travel and get a new tattoo.

Chris Kiyoharu Hirakawa, an accomplished artist based in Paris, France, combines traditional Japanese Irezumi techniques with a modern twist, earning him numerous awards and features in various exhibitions and publications. Denver-based artist Milo Alfring specializes in neo-traditional tattoos inspired by the mountains of Colorado, while 19-year-old prodigy Luke Lee shows tremendous promise as a neo-traditional artist with less than a year of experience.

Adrienn Kern, a Budapest-based tattoo artist, is known for her detailed yet minimalist designs in realism, neo-traditional, and blackwork tattoos. Sivak, a Ukrainian artist based in NYC, is known for his realistic tattoos with intricate details, vibrant colors, and lifelike shading. Miguel Comin, a self-taught artist from Spain, specializes in traditional tattoos with bold lines and vibrant colors and has collaborated with other artists to create custom pieces.

In addition to these exciting features, we also have a Q&A with the incredible band Monuments and an article by Electrum’s Rob Smead on black inks. Finally, we honor Rich-T, owner of Bicknee Supply and the Ohio Tattoo Museum, one of the tattoo industry’s greats.

We hope you enjoy this edition of Skin & Ink Magazine and discover some new favorite tattoo artists.
